  3. Analytical Alignment and Risk Mitigation in Forex

Foreign exchange trading comes with unique risk factors and often requires money management strategies that are outside the main stream because it functions somewhat differently than all other markets. There are those who regard it as the perfect market.

  4. The basic scalping laws

Dynamic gamma scalping. While dealing with gamma scalping, future trading against the long straddles can at time yield limited or even no results whatsoever. If in a particular trading that is done overnight a trader has a handful of alternatives, it is wise to alter the premium profile or avoid the rather dampening effects of trading on the net contracts.
For example, if the trading from, say 3790 shoots up to 3850, and then follow it by plummeting to 3730 only to see an ascent back to the 3790 mark, that is a real turbulence which asks for selling away the calls. Selling off the calls is probably the best way to avoid the so called erosion of that haywire and turbulent market.

  6. Stock day trader

There is an increasing demand for smaller electronically traded stock index contracts as reflected by futures traded at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange which now offers Dow Jones Industrial Average Futures Contracts. The index volume has been picking up quickly, however is still lagging behind the e- Mini S&P 500 futures also traded there.
The question becomes as new contracts come to market how can you watch the different markets at the same time? The wise advice is to, not. I just watch the ones were my trade alert signals are already set. Crunching the numbers and choosing on a weekly basis 16 markets I am able to narrow the field down.

  11. An insight on leading hedge funds

The hedge fund industry is experiencing a rough patch. Hedge fund managers charge hedge fund performance fee for managing the funds and returns they generate for their investors. The fee structure of the hedge fund can be divided into “2 and 20” - 2% for managing the funds and 20% on profits. There are some institutionally controlled hedge funds which follow the fee structure of “1.5 and 15”. An investor has to pay base fee each year irrespective of everything. The performance fee is calculated on net returns, after deducting all previous losses, management fees and outlays. In some cases, performance fee is charged only when the previous losses are covered.

  20. Elliot Wave principle

The best stock traders in the world seem to
have an uncanny knack for being able to know what an individual stock is going
to do right before it happens. They will sell right before the stock price dips
or buy at the very moment the price takes a dramatic upturn. Some of that
success comes from having experience in the industry, but many more traders
strike it big because they use what is known as the Elliott Wave principle. The
name of this theory may sound like it should be attached to a new wave band from
the 80’s, but it is in fact a principle that many successful traders adhere to.
Elliott Wave traders spend a great deal of
